The 5th Corner Hotel is situated in one of the most interesting places of Saint Petersburg, at the intersection of Zagorodny Prospect, Lomonosova Street, Rubinshteina Street and Razjezshaya Street that form an unusual carfax with five corners. The trendy shopping center Vladimirsky Passage is located nearby the hotel.

The building, in which the 5th Corner Hotel is located, dates back to the late 19th century and has been extensively modernized just recently. For the convenience of guests the hotel is provided with separate entrance. The most up-to-date ventilation system has been installed and now all the guestrooms are supplied with clean warm air that is especially urgent taking into consideration damp climate of Saint Petersburg.

The 5th Corner Hotel meets modern international standards and after the certification of 2004 was qualified as a three-star hotel.

Restaurants


The hotel has its own cafe situated on the second floor. There daily, from 8.30 a.m. till 10.30 a.m., breakfast is served.

On the ground floor of the hotel building there is a restaurant of Ukrainian cuisine. The menu of the Shinok Restaurant offers such well-known traditional dishes as borshch (soup with various ingredients including beetroot and cabbage and served with sour cream), vareniki (Ukrainian ravioli) and pirozhki (tiny pasties) stuffed with meat cabbage, fish, etc, home-style sausages, draniki (shredded potato pancakes), galushkki (dumplings) and many other delicious dishes. Here one can also savor gorilka, which is national Ukrainian vodka. Folklore shows are often held in the restaurant.
